- Once you receive the course(s) in the mail, please verify that you have received the correct course(s). If not, please contact ALLEGRA Learning Solutions by email immediately or return the complete package of materials with an explanation.
- Read the materials and complete the assignment as directed.
- Complete the test. You may use your textbook and any supplemental materials to assist you as you complete the test. Circle the correct response directly on the answer sheet provided. Please keep a copy for your records.
- Sign your answer sheet and return it to ALLEGRA Learning Solutions by mail at 4809 Clairemont Sq. # 319, San Diego, CA 92117-2706.

- To receive a Certificate of Completion, you must pass the test with a score of 80% and submit a course evaluation.
- A Certificate of Completion will be mailed to you upon receipt of a completed test and course evaluation.
- If you took an online course, you can receive an additional copy of your certificate by requesting one from the college or university where you registered for the course.
- If you took a print-based course, you can request an additional copy of your certificate by contacting ALLEGRA Learning Solutions at allegra@allegralearning.com. Additional copies of your certificate cost $3.50.
- If you fail the test, you are allowed to take the course again for a $5.00 fee for home study courses. You can repeat this step as many times as you need to in order to pass the test. To retake online courses, there is no fee.

- If you do not see your profession listed in our Accreditation page, we may not currently offer courses for your profession. You can email us to confirm this information.
- If you would like to see courses for your profession on our site, please Contact Us and let us know what courses you would like to see offered.
- It is your responsibility to find out if the courses you have selected are acceptable for continuing education credits in your state and for your profession. Please contact your state licensing board if you have questions.
